OOXOO mall Returns Policy

You can exchange or return any of the items you ordered with the invoice/receipt you receive in your parcel. Please note that refund may take up to 5-7 business days.

We only accept refunds and exchanges subject to the following conditions(online purchase):

 
1. The items are returned within 14 days of the shipping date shown on the invoice(your receipt).

2. Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all tags and accessories/gifts attached.

3. The invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

 

Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. Please indicate a reason for the return and state your preference on the returns/exchange form, and include it in the return package, along with your original invoice (your receipt).

We recommend sending return/exchange via Express, so the package can be tracked if necessary. Also, delivery fee for return/exchange is supposed to be paid by the buyers. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

As soon as we receive your return/exchange, your exchange will be processed and new item(s) sent back out to you or we will refund your credit card. Please allow up to 7 business days for this processing time after receipt of return order.
